JC Penney is bringing back the FREE kid’s haircut deal and for good! Looks like they were happy with the response and their marketing ploy worked well for them with 1.6 million free haircuts given out during the month of August!
Starting on November 4th, and every Sunday thereafter you can get a FREE haircut for your kids. I’d suggest making an appointment.

Even though the haircut is free, please remember to tip!
